Gaston Vionnet Perez, L.L.M.

Gaston Ignacio Vionnet Pérez is an international arbitration attorney with experience in investment and commercial dispute resolution, business immigration, and cross-border trade matters. He is completing his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Arbitration at the University of Miami School of Law (graduating May 2025), where he also contributes as a coach for the University’s Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team.

Gaston earned his J.D. from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with a specialization in Tax Law and International Investment & Commercial Arbitration. He is admitted to practice law in Argentina (Buenos Aires Bar) and New York State (awaiting Swear-in). His professional background includes roles as a Legal Advisor and Paralegal in judicial and arbitral proceedings across multiple jurisdictions, advising clients on international commercial relationships, corporate regulations, and dispute management.

Currently, he serves as an Associate Attorney at Beltran Brito LLP in Miami, Florida, where he focuses on global mobility and cross-border commercial matters. Gaston has authored several legal publications and remains actively engaged in professional organizations promoting international dispute resolution.

Carolina Ledesma

Carolina Ledesma is an Ssr. Associate in the Energy and Natural Resources Department at Marval O'Farrell Mairal, a law firm with a recognized trajectory in Latin America. Her current practice focuses on providing legal advice to mining companies.

​Carolina is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Law and Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

​She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, where she also specialized in Administrative Law.

​During her academic career, Carolina demonstrated a strong aptitude for international arbitration, having been a member of the teams that represented the University of Buenos Aires in prestigious international competitions, including: (i) the Concours d’Arbitrage International de Paris (2021 and 2022); (ii) the Competencia Internacional de Arbitraje (Edición No. XIV)​; and (iii) the Foreign Direct Investment Moot (2022).

​She is also a member of Instituto Argentino de Derecho para la Mineria.
